  • Orders above €30 within Europe are shipped for free. For orders below €30, the stated shipping costs apply.

    • Within Europe: 1–3 business days

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (such as delivery services, customs) will be communicated as soon as possible but do not entitle to compensation.

7. Returns

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return costs are for the customer, unless there is an error or defect upon delivery.

  • Refunds will be made within 5–7 business days of receipt of the return shipment.
