Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. With us, you can easily return your order.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your products. Within this period, you can view and assess your purchase as you would in a store. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How does returning work?

1. Register your return via our contact form or by e-mail with your order number

2. You will receive the return instructions from us

3. Pack the products carefully and send the package back

4. Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund

Costs of returning

• The return costs are for the customer, unless it concerns a faulty or damaged delivery

• In the event of an incorrect or damaged product, we will, of course, bear the costs

Refund

After receiving your return shipment, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days via the same payment method you used for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.

Exceptions

For hygienic reasons, opened perfumes and skincare products cannot be returned, unless there is damage or a defect upon receipt.
