Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all common payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Bancontact. All payments are processed through a secure payment environment.

Can I still modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you want to change or cancel something, please contact us as soon as possible via info@example.com. We will do our best to help you, but cannot guarantee that changes are always possible.

Delivery & Shipping

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
  • Orders over €30 in Europe: free shipping

  • Orders under €30: fixed rate, visible at checkout

  • Delivery times: Netherlands 1 business day, other European countries 1–3 business days
    After shipment you will receive a track & trace code to track your package.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during checkout. Make sure it is correct, as we are not responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly.

Products & Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return products within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Return costs are for the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
